You can get in time at 1PM and we need you to leave around 10:30 AM 

When you check out you need to leave the property clean and in the same condition at it was upon occupancy. 

Cleaning fees or damage fee will be deducted from the security deposit if you fail to meet this obligation. 

The house has a vacuum,broom,mop,trash bags..

max people in house is 8 

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE AND NO PETS.

All money needs to be paid in full 30 days before you arrive 

CANCELLATIONS WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY IF WE CAN FIND A NEW TENANT IN THE TIME ALLOWED. 

TRASH BARREL,AND RECYCLING ARE OUTSIDE

THE TOWN REQUIRES US TO RECYCLE GLASS AND PLASTIC.

WE DON’T PROVIDE LINDENS.
